Definitions:

• Family member means (current, prospective or former) spouse, parent, son, daughter, brother or sister.
• Former relationship means relationship terminated by death, divorce, annulment, or adoption.
• Prospective relationship means relationship by marriage or adoption.
• Parent means genetic, gestational, surrogate, social, adoptive, or stepparent.
