REQUIREMENT 2. Your offered job requires Exceptional Ability (level 2) and either Advanced Degree or Exceptional Ability (level 1).

Clarification 1. Exceptional Ability (level 2) is defined as a widespread acclaim and international recognition the sciences or arts (excluding those in the performing arts), accorded you by recognized experts in your field.

To prove Exceptional Ability (level 2), you must meet at least two out of seven criteria of Exceptional Ability (level 2), specified by the U.S. immigration law.

Clarification 2. Advanced Degree is defined as a U.S. advanced degree or a foreign equivalent degree (or a baccalaureate degree plus at least five years of progressive work experience in the field).
